Producing a report that would include audit items such as:
Period Date (i.e. from/to)
Client Name
Daily Client Signature
show if the visit had the signature captured or not
Caregiver name
Daily tasks Completed
Do we need counts of tasks completed/Refused/skipped or see the individual tasks and their outcome?
Date Served
Time Scheduled
Time Reported
Do we need to report if progress notes were captured?
Provide a report if the DCS is out of compliance with tasks (Required to provide 4 ADL's but did not complete all of them) In barbies email it was said that this report can address issues timely/daily but we wouldn't know that we didn't satisfy the ADL frequency requirements until the end of the week because the Care plan only assigns the number of occurrences that a task must be done in a week and not at a daily level?
Barbie, I was looking at the Rough draft from HHA about the Client Signature Report. I had a couple questions. It seems that the report creates the grid where it is displaying tasks for a specific DCS to PS. a couple questions:
What happens if there are multiple services in one day for the client, should in the Schedule times section have each visit time listed?
If there are multiple services in one day, should all of the tasks be grouped together in this one grid or is the expectation to have a page break and each grid here is a single service for the week?
If there are tasks listed here for multiple services, should the category actually display the service name so we can group the tasks based on the service?
