Idea Background

When a DCS clocks in for a client, but accidentally/mistakenly uses another client’s info. to do so, is there a way that that live clock could be clicked on so that the client’s name could be changed to the correct client right there in the link screen instead of having to delete that clock, put in explanation and then create a new clock for the correct client.

Idea Benefit

Manual entry from CSS will be reduced.
