In the Time Card Signatures page,

Display a Red Signature Icon when a Signature is not associated with the Visit at all (Either a Daily or Weekly Signature) (This includes when the during the clock out a reason was provided for why the signature was not captured
Today it appears that the Red Signature Icon only appears when a signature has been voided
Turn the Signature Icon Green to show the signature was captured. User can click on the icon to view the Signature

If a Weekly Signature was captured and a Visit was completed after the Weekly Signature was Captured, display the Visit in the Time Card Signature Screen with a Red Signature Icon
Allow the Caregiver to click on the Red signature icon to get a single visit signature
Another challenge we encounter is that visits can be omitted from the Weekly Time Card. Reasons for omitted visits include:
• Caregiver captured signature too early in the week
• Incomplete punch not resolved before signature capture
• Visit not linked before signature is captured
• Visit requires corrections, (ie.: tasks completed, time adjusted, etc.)
To make corrections to the WTC, we must unlink a good visit in order to remove the signature from the WTC, allowing the caregiver to recapture. It works in some cases, but in situations like fill-in caregivers, gaining another signature may not be possible.
Omitted visits cause problems when billing payors who require documentation for reimbursement of services. This leads to a lot of confusing communication with caregivers and clients to produce a signed paper document to verify the omitted visits, causing frustration between clients, caregivers, and operations. An example of this issue is attached. Czerski was served by Delain four days, but only three are reflected on the WTCs.
