Ability to access a DCS Emergency contact from POC without having to pull a DCS personel file.

Idea Benefit

Currently keeping an external spreadsheet to track DCS Emergency contact info for on call purpsoes. This would create a more efficient process if entering at hire vs. managing a sepearte spreadsheet.
