Alert in the Mobile app when clock in/out if GPS exception would occur

Request from Georgia. They originally asked for a hard stop but the discussion with Barbie on 11/18 focused rather on a possible alert to let the DCS know to wait to clock in/out until they are at the clients address. This would not be a hard stop


Ask the DCS to provide a reason why they are outside the threshold so the Office can see the reason why
