Call Management - Secondary Address (GPS) evaluation Merged

Multiple OPS are requesting functionality to allow the evaluation of multiple addresses on the PS Profile. When services start in the home and finish in the community, Operations are required to approve at least one EVV Punch for every single visit.

Idea Benefit

reduce GPS exceptions - we expect that this is an exception and there will not be a large number of exceptions due to finishing in the community. Additionally, AZ State requires only approved address on file for GPS coordinates.
