Mobile POC - Display Google Map and the DCS Current Location when clocking in/out

The issue we are facing is caregivers reporting that the clock in/out that is captured and which is generating a GPS exception is supposedly not where they are.

The idea is that we will display when clocking out exactly where POC thinks the caregiver is at the time they are clocking in and out.
