Use of FOB tokens for EVV Compliance
Idea Background
We need to offer a solution in instances where neither the landline/IVR or the EVV smartphone app cannot be utilized/are not available. Token devices will be used in the clients home, the caregiver will activate the device in order to get the password. The password will be able to be entered in the app, through telephony, or manually in POC. Once the password is entered, an internal algorithm will translate the 6 digit password to a date and timestamp. |
