Driver vs. Non Driver or Non Transporter

Driver Or Non-Driver Setting on the DCS Profile so that if they are set up as a non-driver they should not get prompted for mileage

Grey out the mileage prompt if this setting is set to Non-Driver

In POC, we are currently able to mark a provider as a Driver or a Non-Driver. If a provider is marked as a Non-Driver, they are unable to claim mileage during their shifts, and this is highly beneficial. The only problem with marking a provider as a Non-Driver is that POC then automatically calculates travel time as the time it would take if a provider used public transportation.

This is an issue because our providers are still able to drive their own vehicle between clients, just not transport a client if their MVR makes them a Non-Driver for items such as too many traffic tickets, etc.

We also have a few providers that choose not to transport clients for a multitude of reasons. These providers are still able to drive their vehicle, but do not transport clients.

At this point, we need an option to make a provider a “Non-Transporter” as opposed to a Non-Driver. This will allow the provider to be paid travel time based on driving their vehicle, not public transportation, and also prevent the provider from claiming mileage.

*Need to be able to flag a DCS as not allowing a DCS to enter Mileage**

Need to determine if errand mileage is allowed. This is for DCS that can't transport a client.

Need to talk to HR. Can they just not drive for the company at all
