How big of an issue is this? Should we add this as an option to a terminated DCS?

If any exist, an alert should be sent to the DCS coordinator or any subscribed AMS users advising them of the termination and schedule removal.
Should an alert be sent on every termination?
If the term cannot be processed, an alert should be sent, and the record should be displayed on the Enterprise Termination screen until resolved.
