Report - DCS e-mail address

Add the DCS e-mail address stored on the profile to an existing DCS report.

Idea Background

Operations are not able to identify e-mail addresses for DCS.

Idea Benefit

This would give the OPS the ability to access e-mail addresses stored on the profile in a report format vs. looking at individual profiles. Additionally, they should be able to download to add mass e-mail addresses for communication. An example would be to distribute mass flyers, training material, scheduled training/inservices, etc.
