External EVV Batch Load Process - Add Tasks to Data Elements

Offices with a required state EVV system use the external batch evv load process to load their visits to POC from a report generated from the state EVV system. The offices have requested that client level tasks be added to this feature

Idea Background

This would require updates to the maintenance as well as mapping and the external load sheet and process.

Idea Benefit

This option allows for easy uploading of completed services from an external EVV system when the state uses a closed model EVV system. Addition of the tasks to the upload would allow for tracking within the POC system.
