Provide checkbox in Sup Visits Dashboard that indicates documentation has been received by the office, in lieu of uploading.
Coincides with I-565, so users can filter dashboard to determine which visits have documentation (either uploaded or within the client's file).

Reported by Ashley Bouknight. SC is uploading Sup Visit documentation to Call Center and Sup Visits Dashboard. SC sites use Call Center to keep all client documentation, so it's easily accessible for audits. |

Idea Benefit
Sets up central location for documentation uploads, but allows tracking in the Sup Visits dashboard. Also decreases need to upload forms to multiple places. |
