The system appears to be rounding starting by rounding the start time to the nearest quarter hour increment, then applying the 6-minute rounding rule for the remaining time to calculate the end time. This is causing some overlaps on the Overlap of Service report which they use to verify the billing. This is not causing any issues with Interactant from a billing or revenue recognition perspective, but it is causing concern for the offices since they use these reports to verify payroll
