Alerts: Ability to dismiss multiple alerts

Asked if there was a way to dismiss/acknowledge more than one alert at a time. Alerts that are not pertinent have to be removed individually, which takes time, and means that newer alerts that need to be addressed could be missed.

Idea Background

Use case scenarios:

  • Issue has already been addressed - When they come in on Monday after the weekend. All of the issues appearing were either addressed with the caregivers or action was taken but when I open POC Lite there are 30 or 40 notifications that I have to address one at a time, which is very time consuming.

  • Have to address individual alerts for known issues, which can be time consuming - Most of the time it is that a person maybe wasn’t home when the caregiver got there on Saturday but the client called and wanted the caregiver to come later that day so the notification appears even though the shift was actually served, just not at the time it was initially scheduled. Also, if a person never clocks in for whatever reason, we can assume that they won’t be clocking out so that creates an unnecessary notification that we also have to address.
