clinical - use POC to track SUP Visits, ability to capture when a visit is coimpleted and when the next is due

• Maintenance required to be setup at the Office and Payor level to determine how many x days a Sup Visit is required

• Office and Payor # of Day requirements may be different so POC will consider the shortest number of days as the active rule

• Provide a Flag at the Office and Payor Level that will have POC set the first Sup visit to be X days after the Admission Date, subsequent Sup visits will be after the initial Sup Visit

  • OR the first Sup visit is based off the X Days setup

• At the Payor Level setting, provide a maintenance flag to determine if the visit is Billable

• Alerts should begin 30 days before the required date of the Sup Visit

• Sup Visits should be allowed to be scheduled 2 weeks or closer to the required date of the Sup Visit

• At the Payor Level settings, allow the user to enter criteria to limit what type of individual who can complete the Sup Visit (Nurse/CSS)

• Option to extend from 60 to 90 days if the client has completed more than 6 hours (Georgia)
