The Call Dashboard is meant to provide a window to CSS's into all of their currently scheduled visits where issues are occurring that might stop the ability to process the visit.
GPS out of range
Provide the ability to update address if the address is not found from Google
Invalid FOB
Un-linked Visits
Provide the ability to link visits
Phone Number issues
Phone Number not found
Call from Caregiver phone
Arrival with no Departure / Departure with no Arrival
Late Arrivals/Departures
Visits with no clock ins
Schedules with no DCS
Punch Times overlap
Excessive Mileage / Travel Time
Wrong DCS clocked into visit compared to what is scheduled
Not exactly Call dashboard specifically but in a conversation with the HRQA in tampa, a previous app she used at a prior employer had a Birthday section in the dashboard that showed DCS and Clients birthdays.
Also when talking to this HRQA, the first thing displayed in the dashboard is a Open Shifts section that showed all unstaffed visits for the current day and provided the ability to staff the shift.
