Offices need to be able to determine the visit type (initial, annual, annual w/caregiver in home, etc.) so office can determine who to send and with which forms.

Reported by Tosha Nakano in WA and Zach Pritchett in SC.

From Zach: Medicaid clients’ are required to be seen in the home yearly with DCS on the clock. On my running spreadsheet I have “DCS Last Seen In Home” that way when we do a SV or Annual we know if the DCS needs to be there or not.
