Sup Visits: Uncompleted Sup Visits Prior to Discharge

Getting reports from sites about discharged clients still showing as Active, because their last visit wasn't completed prior to their discharge date. Need a fix to "complete" those visits so those clients are no longer appearing in the dashboard with active visits.
