POCLite Supervisory Visit Tracking - # of Days Rule Extension

Option to extend a Sup Visit Rule from the regular Threshold date to a secondary Date.

Each Rule Type should allow a new maintenance setting that will be a number of days that a user can extend the expected Sup Visit Date out

For example

Payor Rule of 60 days

New Maintenance option of "Number of Days Extension": '30'.
