POC Lite CSM Dashboard: Trends for Edited Punches

Add a dashboard to track trends for edited punches with a threshold percentage (either state-specific or company-wide). Set it up so you can review by # of edits by Caregiver, what type, and why.

Idea Background

Punch adjustments report only shows one edit per visit, and requires you to add additional formulas to track edit percentages so you can't really tell if you're over your threshold.

Idea Benefit

Would allow offices to easily identify trends of edited punches by caregiver, by type, and by reason, so they be addressed more quickly, and would also allow offices to see if they're on track to meet required thresholds.
