POC Lite Call Center: Site Filter

Idea Background

Currently, when accessing the Call Center the screen is extremely slow to load. This is especially difficult for users that have access to more than 1 site.


Additionally, users find it frustrating that they are unable to drill down or even identify a site the client is associate with when they have access to multiple sites.


The Call Center is used by all users and many have access to multiple locations.

Adding a required site filter would improve the performance for loading the Call Center Notes.
