Add hyperlink to access call management screen

Add hyperlink to access call management screen from reported mileage or clock in/out

Instead of having us toggle between tabs, can you please add the ability to click on the reported miles and or clock in / out if more than 3/10 of a mile from service address and have it take us to the Call Management Screen?
