Adding call off to caller type list in POC Lite Call Cetter

This would help our branches keep better track of our call offs.

Idea Background This would help our branches keep better track of our call offs since there is multiple categories for a call off to fall under with the options we have now. Having a call off option in this field would assist with tracking. Attachments Open full size

The Caller type is utilized to associate the notes entered to a specific PS or DCS for future reference. We can add 'Call Off' as an option under the Notes Type field so that you can select the DCS as the caller type and then the note type show a call off. This does not require development and will be reviewed for addition to the notes type
