When looking at/for over service visits you can't look at future over service visits without going to your dashboard. If the calendar would show up as RED for over service visits and schedule management these would be easily caught ahead of time. For instance if a client is on a weekly delivery plan and the visit on Monday was over serviced its not going to turn RED it is going to make the last visit of the week RED which hasn't even been done yet but a CSM can't view that without going to the dashboard. A better visualization of these would help to reduce the amount of SVP for branches.
