DSP alerted when logging in about expiring / expired quals.

We would like a pop up message on the app when DSPs log in that shows soon to expire / expired certifications. The DSP will then have to close the message before clocking in or out.

Idea Background

This will assist with getting DSPs to be on top of their certs and improve compliance.

Idea Benefit

The idea would benefit DSPs with control over staying compliant even when things get busy / they forget to check their quals in the app. It will assist the admin team with getting DSPs to remain in compliance.
