Multi Select Care Plan Review Statement

When going on the call center of POC lite after selecting Care Plan review as type of notes then you could select more then one client to the acknowledgement statement of the CSM going over the Care plan with the aide.


Helpful for when short staffed and have an aide that suddenly has more open spots in schedule.(Left 2nd job to take on more hours with us)


Helpful if aide has main client that's full time goes in rehab or hospital and they pick up multiple open clients while client is away recovering.


When a new aide comes in to start, The logging of each care plan reviewed with aide would be more time efficient if we could select multiple PS and system divided with statement showing we went over care plans with aide.

Idea Background

This would help with making sure all clients are logged in POC that care plan has been reviewed with aide and CSM. It would be more time efficient.

Idea Benefit

This would help with audits and not being dinged for missing care plan review statements as it would be more efficient in the logging of the care plan reviews as well as be more time efficient.

    I know we can search it but wandering if there could be a faster way such as when actually logging

    Another thing that would be helpful is possibly being able to see what Care plans are already logged for a DCS/Aide when entering a care plan review for DCS so that were not double or more logging the same thing over again.
