Need to be able to change the DCS within the service template that is already created. View all the old templates that have either ended or been canceled.
Idea Background
Base POC would allow us to go in to a template we already built and change the DCS and put the effective date and it would delete the old visits and create the new visits and let us select the new DCS and then auto extend to that one. POC Lite doesn't allow us to do this. We can go in and change the DCS on auto extend but the current visits in LITE we have to go into schedule management and remove the current DCS and replace with the new DCS. It is very time consuming to have to go in and change the DCS of each visit even de-selecting and selecting at one time when you could change the template and do it in one action. The CSMs or anyone scheduling will benefit from this as far as time wise. If you think about how many visits there are for a client who is 24/7 how many individual visits this would be to change after you re-do your auto extend. |

Idea Benefit
Time management/Efficiency is what this would benefit, because doing this manually in schedule management with human error some visits could be missed and they show up on the old DCS schedule and not the new one. Some clients are extremely hard to staff and can go through multiple caregivers, this takes a lot of time now if we can't re-do the existing template. |
Candace, where does this already exist? We can view existing templates, but I don't know where to change the DCS on a specific template without changing the times.
I hands down agree! Considering the turnover rate in our industry in general the need to replace caregivers and the frequency this task is done would be huge for our schedulers to avoid unnecessary steps/time spent.
