Supervisory Visits Dashboard: Add Comments and Tag Call Center

Users need to be able to add comments directly to the Supervisory Visits Dashboard to explain any issues w/scheduling or completion. This would be helpful for supervisors reviewing Past Dues and Missed Visits.

Idea Background

Currently sites have to add comments to Call Center or must upload a document so they can add comments to the dashboard.
