Irregular Templates: Need the Ability to Override Pay Rates

Even though irregular templates are auto-created for each new admission and service code, you cannot access them in POC Lite to adjust the pay rates.

Idea Background

For sites that need to override pay rates on the irregular template, they currently have to do a pay rate override for each individual visit on the Manage Visits screen. This creates two issues:

  • Users forget to update the pay rates prior to processing

  • CSMs/Schedulers without Privileged User access must rely on a Branch Mgr or above to override pay rates on individual visits.

Idea Benefit

Requested by Barb Mulrooney (IL/MO) for when they set up Training/Orientation visits and need to override the pay rate to minimum wage.

    We are creating an opportunity for pay issues with any irregularly reported visits. This makes the reconciling process not as error proof as it could be.
