Visit Review Dashboard: Add PS/DCS Details Hyperlink

Create hyperlink on the PS and DCS name to allow users to view contact details for clients or caregivers from the Visit Review Dashboard, similar to Schedule Management and Scheduling Calendar.

Idea Background

If you spot an issue with the electronic documentation, you can click on the demographic details for the caregiver or client, and give them a call or send an email directly from the Visit Review Dashboard, instead of having to open up another tab to the Home or DCS Listing screen.

It might also be helpful to have a direct link to send a DCS Message on the DCS details window, so the CSM/Scheduler/CSS could send a message through the POC app while managing the dashboard.
