DCS Metrics: Change Served Hours to Scheduled Hours

  • Change the Served Hours column to say Scheduled Hours, so it's clear to users how the column is calculating

  • Have the same column calculate scheduled hours for the full week instead of up to current day.

Idea Background

  • Knowing the column reflects scheduled hours allows users to be proactive and make adjustments to the caregiver schedule to increase the productivity percentage.

  • By being able to see scheduled hours for the full week, users will have full visibility into who has hours available and who has been fully scheduled.
