Alert sent to Coordinator when caregiver hasn't clocked in to a scheduled shift within 30 minutes.

To give CSMs an alert that there is a possible missed shift and to check on client/caregiver. Often these are not caught until client calls us to let us know or the following day. Leaving us unable to send a fill in and lose those hours.

    This or if we could get the ability to set our own notifications like this one based on the operations areas for opportunity.

    This is an option under Call management as well is an existing Alert that can be subscribed to in the AMS system. The AMS alerts would be delivered directly to the communications dashboard in POCLite for visibility.
