be able to input punches as a mass entry instead of one at a time.

it is to time consuming to enter a punch one day at a time espeically if there are more than one punches on a day.

    This option was added to the LInk visis screen and labeled as 'Bulk Report Timings' which as added as part of the November release

    this functionality existed in the base application; need to confirm if that mass update needs to be migrated to POCLite
