Add the total Monthly served hours by site on dashboard

in POC you are able to use the dashboard to view total served hours by site / month. This is not currently in POC lite or not as easily accessible.

Idea Background

This will ensure that a current feature of POC is moved to POC lite and not lost when the old POC ends. It is far more accurate to check served hours in POC vs Power BI because POC data is live where Power BI only refreshes daily.

Idea Benefit

branch level employees BM / CSM / HRRCs frequent POC lite and would be able to keep served hours goals in site vs waiting for BM and above to run / share numbers from power BI.
