When CSMs are doing their day to day processes they are mainly working out of schedule management and to have a short cut to the call center to go from one to the other quickly would not only save time but ensure that everything is being documented in POC LITE. If you are working on a client and can have a short cut to take you straight to that clients call center notes

Melissa, how do you get that screen to pull up? I have clicked on everything in schedule management and that screen does not pop up for me anywhere.
In the schedule management view of POCLite, the user can enter Visit comments and designate them to be associated to the PS/DCS which will automatically update the Call center with the note
