alot of the feedback from the dcs is that when it comes to editing and timecard signatures the weekly date range throws them off. We are seeing alot of punches being missed or they are not showing up. When you explain to the dcs to change the date range they are Aggravated that sometimes the app will throw out the specific date range.

the benefit is less manuals, less time trying to figure out why and our goal is to make it as easy as possible to the staff, and with our feedback the date ranges are the worst. A simple pick the exact date that needs to be fixed is what we are hearing.
