It would be nice to be able to filter by who opened / created the note because if you search by coordinator is doesn't filter who created the note.

This will help admin staff check they got all their notes completed, and supervisory staff check that admin team is documenting / find if a team member isn't documenting. |

Idea Benefit
to make finding specific team members notes easier when high call volume happens. ex "CSM remembers documenting that a client called to request new DSP but can't remember who the PS was could search notes they completed and find the note they need." or BM can filter by team member to see if they are documenting timely / as needed. |
