All team members who process visits would be able to identify problems with schedule variance at their fingertips daily. This would create efficiency and cut down on the over-served hours bringing more awareness to caregivers not working scheduled shifts. We would also reduce missed hours caused by late clock ins being identified in real time.
Idea Background
Right now the scheduled time changes if the clock in and out are different and we don't have clear visibility without pulling reports or additional clicks referring to the template of the schedule. This impacts all POC users who process visits. |
