This idea relates to I-491 - Call Center - Add PDF Download Option.
Discussed in POC Workgroup Nov. meeting - development request would be to update the cancellation process to allow you to add visit comments and tag call center for PS/DCS/Both.
Current process requires clicking on the visit menu icon in Schedule Management, adding a Visit Comment, choosing the tag option for the Call Center so you can tag both the PS and DCS, then cancelling the visit.
