Document on Multiple DCS at one time

I would like to be able to add notes for multiple DCS at one time. When we are documenting about annual requirements that affect multiple people at one time, instead of having to go through 30 individual providers, we would be able to select the multiple DCS and add one note that applies to all selected.

Idea Background

It can take up so much time to go through each DCS at a time to add the same note about annual requirements or reminders that we sent to them. It would save a whole lot of time to be able to do it all at one time.

Idea Benefit

I think it would be beneficial in our time management. We all have so much to do and documenting can sometimes be the last thing on our mind, especially when there are so many people to document the same note on.
