Gps Discrpancy

There should be an error message that won't let them clock in or out if they are not at the client's home.

Idea Background

This will stop the ones that are clocking in and out before getting to the client's home and for the ones that are clocking in while they are driving up the road or at another location.

I think there will be less discrepancies this way.

    This is not a bad idea, but if the address is wrong in POC or the DCS doesn't have reception or even wifi to connect to, they could trigger a GPS discrepancy. And they'd be unable to clock in or out.
