PS Exception: Cancel visits during exception timeframe, not delete

Currently, when you create a PS Exception, any visits scheduled during the exception timeframe will be deleted. If the exception ends prior to the end date entered and you remove the exception, the visits aren't reinstated.

Idea Background By cancelling visits, instead of deleting: Can see cancelled visits and reasons, such as case manager hold, when you run Cancelled Visits reports or look at Schedule Management. Can easily reinstate visits, instead of manually adding back visits if exception timeframe is shorter than what was originally set up in the system. Attachments Open full size

The PS exceptions are being moved to the Service Hold events so this request no longer applies
