PS/DCS Distribution Map - Add Option to "View All" PS/DCS locations within site

Currently within the PS/DCS Distribution Map, locations are separated by Zip Code. This separation does not allow for strategic staffing when accounting for highly populated counties that contain multiple zip codes (i.e. Chatham County contains 24 zip codes). *Please see attached snippet of map I created allowing me to see all PS & DCS sitewide as an example*

Idea Background

CSM's and other admin staff spend large amounts of time staffing our clients in the most strategic ways possible but the amount of time spent could be drastically reduced if there was one clear visual of who may be closest to who. I feel that the PS/DCS Distribution Map is not utilized due to the consumption of time spent trying to see what zip codes are closest to others when trying to search for caregivers that are in an ideal location to the client.
