Allow DCS Search by Proper Name

Currently, if a DCS has a preferred name in the profile, you can only search by the preferred name in Schedule Management. We need to be able to search by the employee's official name. Reports use the official name and it is confusing when you try to pull up an employee from a report and the search field doesn't recognize the name.

Idea Background

When the Schedule Management search field can't find an employee, I have to go the DCS Listing to search for the employee to find the preferred name to return to Schedule Management and pull up the employee's visits.

Users will be able to efficiently use Schedule Management whether using the employee's preferred or legal name.
