Call Center time stamp pull time zone for Site

When you enter a note in call center the opened / closed time are not accurate for all time zones. It would be nice if the notes created could pull time zone based on site location to ensure accurate record of time note was completed.

Idea Background

Example: AK time is 10am but a note created at 10am in AK will show it was created at 2pm.

Idea Benefit

Better oversight for users that created the notes to track what time a note was entered for eastern time zones. Also for manager oversight to ensure team is completing documenting timely.

    This is a good idea, I've been putting in a timestamp for my location because I'm not receiving a call at 6:30. I'm getting that call at 3:30.
