Need a way to easily see why a DCS name isn't pulling up for a schedule when they have an exception entered (via POC EVV app or DCS Unavailability).
Suggested ideas include:
Adding "DCS Exceptions/Unavailability" to a dashboard
Updating schedule criteria so unavailable DCS appear but can't be scheduled, similar to when a DCS is scheduled.
Unless you remember the DCS has unavailability entered or you check the DCS calendar, you spend time clicking/unclicking boxes in Schedule Criteria trying to figure out why the DCS won't appear.
Idea Background
When checking DCS availability for a schedule or visit, the caregiver won't pull up because they have unavailability, also known as an exception, entered on their profile. The only way to determine why they're not appearing for a schedule is remembering they have unavailability entered or checking the DCS profile or DCS calendar. |

Idea Benefit
Having a DCS exceptions dashboard and/or an update to schedule criteria would allow sites to more easily keep track of which DCS are unavailable and when. |
