CSM's can call Client during review and approve without leaving the screen to go back to client screen to obtain phone number.
Idea Background
While reviewing and approving GSP discrepancies we have to leave the page to obtain the client phone number to confirm exception. The page already provide the client address, it would save time to have the client phone number there as well. |

Idea Benefit
If client number is added beside the clients address the CSM could quickly call the client to confirm when the caregiver left and correct the issue right away instead of having to go to the home tab to look up client's phone number. This would save the CSM a lot of time. Caregiver phone number could be a big time saver as well. |
