We need a way to tell if the caregiver is handling client funds during errand when the caregiver has visit mileage.

our payor sources require us to have receipts and a funds management form filled out when a caregiver handles client funds.

Idea Benefit

Right now there is no way to know other than contacting the client/caregiver if the client went with the caregiver of if the caregiver was handling client funds. This is time consuming for large sites.
