Add Ability to create manual clock in/out for supervisory visits

When a CSM conducts a Sup Visit and forgot to schedule it in POC lite they have no way to create the clock in or out while at the visit and will have to enter it into POC lite manually later on. It would be very helpful if the CSM could create a manual clock in and out from the selected PS list to mark a visit completed and avoid additional steps to back enter data.

Idea Background

My team struggles with updating scheduled visits in POC if the PS calls to change things around, or if they have to run out last minute to a home for a visit they can't clock in or out and will have to manually enter it later on. After a day full of visits this steps gets forgotten. It also add time to manually enter that could be spent more productively.

Idea Benefit

This will increase compliance / completion of marking sup visits in poc lite and give better oversight of visits being done. And will reduce time spent for CSMs
